For persons interested in purchasing tickets to Unity PAC's Awards Banquet, you may either purchase tickets online, by mail or from any member of Unity PAC.
You may pay for your tickets by mail or online. If you do not pay online, you must make your check payable to Unity PAC and mail your ticket order form and check as follows:

Order and Pay For Your Tickets Online
Please click on each "Pay Pal" button below that matches the number of tickets that you are ordering. There will be a small handling or service charge added to your account to cover the cost of handling your online payment. The amount of the handling charge will appear on your account upon checkout and prior to your login to "pay pal" for final authorization of charge to your debit or credit card.
After you have made your payment, you will be directed to complete and submit an order form providing additional details about your order.
Upon receipt of your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
